We specialise in all areas of wedding stationery design, working closely with you to create bespoke items that reflect your personality, translating your vision into delightful reality. No two of our designs are ever the same.
Concept & Design
Our team designs save-the-date cards and wedding invitations along with accompanying information, directions cards and bespoke maps. We also provide designs for the table - place cards and menu cards and, to lift the experience, concepts and ideas for table names, table trivia and favours.
Planning & Execution
Our wedding stationery designers understand how labour-intensitve and tricky it can be to source unique stationery and favours. To save you the bother, we work with tried and tested suppliers to make sure your wedding stationery is not only of superlative quality, but that it is also delivered on time.
How we work with you
Your first 45 minute meeting with Zita and her team is held in the magical surroundings of her florist's shop in Kew. There you will get an introduction to Zita Elze Flowers and gain a sense of Zita's unique style. We will discuss your requirements, the scope of the wedding planning services you are looking for, as well as your ideas and the atmosphere you wish to create. We will also discuss how to get the most from your budget.
It is helpful if you bring the following with you to your first appointment:
- Details of your wedding venue and church if already decided
- Pictures of your dress and the bridesmaid dresses
- Any samples of material and stationery you may have chosen
- Any props you may wish to use
A member of our wedding planning team will contact you before your appointment and will be your point of contact for any queries and future meetings.
We will then follow up with a second meeting lasting between one and two hours, to present initial design (and execution) ideas; we will discuss your preferences and tastes in more detail and consider the budget implications of different options. At the third meeting, you will receive a detailed proposal containing drawings and specifications for concept and design, as well as detailed costings where appropriate. We will take all the time necessary to discuss any modifications you may wish to make as well as any financial implications
