'Painting with Flowers' describes the creative process during which Zita's experience, personality and flair merge to produce an exquisite unique creation. Working at speed, Zita's hands orchestrate the flowers as the design-in-progress twists and turns through space, too fast for the eye to follow. The forms and colours of the flowers begin to blur like those of an impressionist painting. Occasionally, she will pause to survey her progress, adjusting and tweaking flowers and foliage until the bouquet is completed to her satisfaction. The process can take as little as a few minutes but the performance is spellbinding.
